From Venice Biennale to Seoul, Natalia Revoniuk shares her deeply personal, meditative technique and the emotional stories behind her internationally acclaimed works.

SEOUL, South Korea — September 6, 2025 Natalia Revoniuk, a contemporary artist originally from Ukraine and now based in the UK, is rapidly gaining international recognition for her emotionally charged abstract paintings.

Officially selected as an artist of the Venice Biennale and currently ranked within the top 1% of artists worldwide by the global platform ArtFacts, Revenuk's work is a powerful blend of artistic innovation, personal healing, and spiritual resonance.

“My art is not just for the eyes—it’s for the heart,” said Revenuk during an exclusive interview in Seoul. “It vibrates with energy that people can actually feel.”

Natalia began her artistic journey at a young age in Ukraine, heavily influenced by her grandmother, an art historian who immersed her in art books and museums.

Today, she boasts over 50 exhibitions across 20 countries, including performances in London, Dubai, and galleries throughout Europe.

She has sold her artworks to collectors in over 25 countries, building a loyal international clientele.

Natalia has developed a unique technique she calls “Vibrance & Resonance.” Rather than using traditional brushes or sketching beforehand, she squeezes paint directly from tubes onto the canvas, guided purely by meditative intuition.

Each artwork is born after a deep meditation process—sometimes lasting a month—through which she channels energy directly into the canvas. “I’ve meditated for many years . Every painting begins with silence,” she said. “The canvas becomes a vessel of my energy, and viewers often tell me they can feel it.” Her process recently caught the attention of a prominent Swiss art journal, which dubbed her work “an energy artifact.”

Many of Revenuk’s works are deeply personal. One standout piece, titled “Rebuilding,” was created after the loss of both her parents.

The abstract composition uses form and color to represent maternal and paternal energies, as well as her own journey of grief and transformation. “I had to rebuild myself, with the help of generations before me,” she shared. “Now, as the eldest woman in my family, my art carries that responsibility.”

Top 1% Worldwide Recognition

Her ranking in the top 1% of global artists by ArtFacts is determined through a combination of educational background, number of exhibitions, sales, and public recognition.

With a strong academic background and international reach, Natalia has become a sought-after name in contemporary art circles.

In addition to her presence at major international fairs such as the Affordable Art Fair in London and Hotel Dubai, she is set to appear at the London Art Fair and has future plans to join Art Basel.

A Growing Presence in Korea

During her first-ever visit to Seoul, Revenuk quickly attracted attention from the local art scene, receiving collaboration offers from three Korean galleries within days.

“Korean artists truly met my high expectations,” she said. “Their works are deep, emotional, and technically refined.”

She expressed enthusiasm for collaborating with Korean platforms and engaging with the country’s rich but relatively young contemporary art market.

Philosophy & Strategy: Building a Career with Integrity Natalia attributes her international success not only to her talent but also to her professionalism, honesty, and long-term planning. She schedules her exhibitions two years in advance and believes strongly in organic growth through word-of-mouth, social media, and face-to-face networking. “In the art world, your reputation walks in before you do,” she said. “Being reliable, respectful, and real is as important as being creative.”

Meditation and Art as a Way of Life Beyond galleries and fairs, Revenuk is also exploring fashion collaborations, having licensed her artwork for clothing designs.

Still, at the heart of her practice is her spiritual commitment to art. “Art and meditation saved me,” she concluded. “And now, I share that healing energy with the world.”
