Chinese Electronics Manufacturer Explores Entry into the Korean Market — Focus on Bluetooth Audio and PC Accessories

A Shandong-based Chinese electronics manufacturer named lanin industrial is set to launch its new AI-powered smart sunglasses next month. 


they are exploring opportunities to enter the Korean market through export partnerships focused on Bluetooth audio devices, headsets, keyboards, and other PC peripherals. 


The company is currently seeking OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) collaborations with Korean buyers.


During a recent meeting with Korean trade representatives and interpreters, both sides discussed product quality, production capacity, export performance, and after-sales service systems in detail.


According to the Chinese representative, “Our production lines are located in Shandong, and we source most materials locally for in-house assembly and processing. We’re also expanding our distribution network with both domestic and overseas wholesalers.”


The Korean side noted that “there’s consistent demand in PC cafés, study rooms, and private academies for durable, cost-effective headsets and peripherals. If the products demonstrate both quality and value, they could perform well in Korea.”


Distribution strategies were also a major topic.


 While entry into large-scale U.S. retailers such as Best Buy was deemed challenging, participants agreed that targeting smaller local distributors and specialized shops could be a realistic first step.


The Chinese manufacturer shared that some of its products are already being exported to Southeast Asia and the United States, with Bluetooth audio devices performing particularly well in Indonesia and Vietnam.

One Korean buyer suggested conducting performance tests in PC café environments, emphasizing that real-use scenarios could help prove the products’ competitiveness.


The company’s annual sales are estimated at around ₩140 billion (approximately USD 100 million). Looking ahead, the representative added, “We plan to strengthen our premium lineup and expand partnerships with global brands to further enhance our market presence.”
